- All prices indicated above include GST.
- To receive the early bird discount, delegates must have registered and paid prior to Tuesday 17 February 2026. Any outstanding invoices as of 17 February 2026 for registrations received prior to 17 February 2026 may be cancelled and reissued at the standard registration pricing.
- All registrations must be paid prior to arrival at the conference.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
- Cancellation/refund requests received prior to 17 January 2026 will receive a full refund, subject to a $150 administration fee
- Cancellation/refund requests received between 17 January and 17 February 2026 will receive a 50% refund
- No refunds will be issued after 17 February 2026
- Name changes will be accepted
